Financial CHOICE Act narrowly passes committee, next stop House

After three days, the Financial Services Committee passed the Financial CHOICE Act, H.R. 10. The act faced a lot of opposition from committee Democrats, including a forced three-hour delay during the mark up session. But despite all the political theatre, the CHOICE passed out of the committee on Thursday and is headed to the full House of Representatives.
